I just started on Clomid , took my second pill a few hours ago. I am experiencing major mood swings and my face is all broken out

Anywho, I have been reading some of the post here and Im wondering if everyone has gone to their Dr to see if you actually ovulated? Mine has not said anything about it, he just told me to use the tests at home.
