I'm in similar situation and have done a ton of research on the thyroid antibody thing. Without going into too much detail (b/c gotta run) basically if you have thyroid antibodies you very likely may have underlying immune issues causing problems (your RE won't agree or know about this most likely.) You should have a full immune workup done ASAP. See website
