So sorry to hear about the ectopic pregnancy. I know that must be so disappointing.

My cousin had an ectopic pregnancy a few years ago. She had the surgery and they did not remove the tube. So, to answer your question, it isn't always necessary to remove the tube. I hope everything goes smoothly for you.

Any news on when your daughter will be hope from Guatemala? I wish you the best of luck with your upcoming adoption.
