I've been eating a lot more now all of a sudden. I think it's me trying to train my body to eat my three meals a day with two small snacks in between. I have to take a few of my pills with food and I don't really eat on a normal schedule so I've been trying to train myself. No weight gain yet but since I gained 30 pounds with my thyroid problem I don't notice another 2 or 3 like I used to.
But what I eat is relatively good for me; chips and salsa, pineapples, broccoli, cauliflower, peaches, etc.
