I've given up alcohol completely and cut back drastically on caffeine, aspartame, and pre-prepared meals.
I still smoke. I've cut down, but I still smoke about a half a pack a day. I know I should quit, but it's the only thing that keeps me sane (shush, that's my story and I'm sticking to it
