I'd request some further testing to determine whether your PCOS does exist or if it's something more. Since it's been more than one full year I'd also recommend moving from your OB to a reproductive endocrinologist, their study and knowledge of the subject is deeper than your OB. It's also a big deal to educate yourself. Spend hours online looking up your situation and see where you fall. There is no such thing as too much information and it's always better to KNOW then to GUESS. Hope this helps.
