I am sorry your family is not being supportive. I agree with you, PCOS is a condition that you did not ask for. You are trying to work with what you have been given.
At the end of the day, you need to do what you and your husband feel is right for you. If you are both comfortable with your course of action, stick with it and ask your family to not discuss it.
