Last night I made pork chops and stuffing. I put the stuffing mixed with butter and hot water in the center of an 11 x 9 pan with four small pork chops on the outsides. I cover them with some brown gravy and some seasoning then pop it in the oven at 375 for 25 minutes. DELISH!
Tonight will be junky fast food I'm sure as I watch Big Brother with my parents on Tuesday and Thursday nights, it's our bonding time together.
