Oh wait! get this, my grandma always had disposable toiletseat covers in HER "pocketbook." At least I come by it honestly.

First off you will be a great mom, but I do understand what you are saying. I too work in a college and I see several young ladies just come out the stall, mess with their hair and walk out. Ummm Ewwww
And the thing about grandmothers, yep, before purell, my grandmother kept the toiletseat covers as well as the hand wipes. She would always keep those. So I can understand totally!
