hello. just consider me number three...my hubby has the same problem. ours situation is kind of unique. he lacks the vas on th left side due to being a carrier of cystic fibrosis, and the right side, the RE found during surgery(TESE/MESA) was completely blocked. but the dr. found plenty of sperm in the testicles to use in IVF/ICSI we have scheduled in december.
