Well, the kiddos started preschool on Tues and it was a very short morning -- just an hour. Basically, the teachers wanted to see that there were no problems. And for me, there weren't any. But this is the funny thing. I took the boys to a farm on Monday to pick apples and when I was getting them ready for their first day on Tuesday, Aaron said he wanted to bring in an apple for each of his teachers. DH told me that Aaron was brown-nosing on the first day! But the teachers got a kick out of it.
Today, they had their first "full" day of 2.5 hours -- 9 AM to 11:30 AM. I tell you, I didn't know what to do with myself, so I went to Kohl's and went shopping! And I was still back at the school before 11 AM waiting!!!! It was too funny.
But the boys are doing great. They love school and so far, no tears. I'm so glad that they like going, like the teachers, etc., but I'm a bit sad that they didn't cry for me. Isn't that stupid??? But Aaron

did tell me when I picked them up today that he missed me. You should see the awesome big smiles I get when the door opens and they come out from the classroom. It's amazing and so exciting.
I'm really glad I put them in this particular preschool program -- a co-op with involved parents and wonderful teachers. It's such a relief to know they are in good hands.
Just had to share my news.
