I feel lucky not to have any food allergies or bee stings etc. that require the epi pen. I do have airborn allergies - like pollent, dust, dander and mold. I gave up Claratin when I found I was pregnant, and I actually don't feel any worse now than I did while taking it!!
The congestion drives me crazy, and I just can't sleep if I take pseudoephedrine, so I just use the nasal strips and hope I make it thru the night. So, I don't have medication allergies, just sensitivities.
