I cannot comment much on the results..but here is what I know:
viscosity <2 is considered normal
ph should be betwen 7.4-8.5
motility >50% is good so u r OK on that
normal forms >30% is considered normal.

However ,I am not a doctor.It just what my lab technician told me and it may be slightly different for different labs.I would suggest asking your lab to explain the results to you.In my opinion,count ,concentration and motility cannot compensate for poor morphology.Morphology refers to the sperms health and structure.No matter how many there are and how mobile they may be,if they do not have good morphology,they might not work.But that does not mean there is no chance at all..Its all a game of probability and chance.
