Cowgirl- A beta is your hcg level that is taken early in pregnancy. Some ladies get 1 or 2 (or more). I got 4 betas just to make sure that the numbers were doubling, which most of the time indicates that it is a healthy pregnancy. Beta numbers should double within 24-48 hours over time. Are you getting one and are you going to have an ultrasound to check measurements etc. Good luck. Please keep us posted! We are all so excited for you!
