Well I hadn't heard that term before but we had some experience with genetic counceling. DH had cromo test before we TTC becasue his brother was born missing his 22nd cromisone (sp?). Our counselor said that the 23rd and 22nd were stuck together so the 22nd had no info and the 23rd had too much info. His brother survived and is now in his 20's, he is very seriously mentally and physically challenged.
