I destroyed my phone last week

client ticked me off...

me: 35, normal but "out of phase"
 dh: 36, slightly low motility
3 months of clomid only 4th qtr 2006
1/07 took break
 2/07 & 3/07- clomid with ovidrel trigger shot & IUIS.. both
4/10/07 - got Laparscopy, found & lasered off mild endo & two polyps.
5/14 - IUI
