DH-38 (low sperm and motility)
DD-12 natural/ DS-10 natural
1st IUI- 1/07 (50mg clomid with HCG trigger)
2nd IUI- 3/13/07 (100mg clomid with HCG trigger)
3rd IUI-4/11 (100mg clomid with HCG trigger)
4th IUI-cx'd due to ovarian cyst
*waiting for next cycle with injectibles
