I don't think there is any correlation between clomid and miscarriage as I know many people who have successful conceived and delivered healthy babies after taking clomid. I wonder if they need to check your progesterone, if there is a deficiency the extra progesterone can help boost your lining. Maybe another route to take after this second miscarriage is some chromosomal testing for both you and your husband, it's worth a shot if it helps shed light on the subject.
