Thanks, Maybebaby and Peachy! Hopefully I can sleep in my own bed tonight!
Peachy - you're right, it's too soon for plumbing work. We have well water and where, exactly, the well is was a mystery because it was sunk over 50 years ago and has since been graded over. Well, come to find out, the lines from the well to our house snaked all under the garage foundation we had to rip up. Whoever built the house was too lazy to move large rocks out of the way so the line ran back and forth between the rocks under the founation. Well, they accidentally cut the line the other day and patched it...so it was working fine. But, yesterday the line got blocked...all the turmoil must have caused something to get stuck in the line. So, no water. I am SOOO excited to be switching to town water instead of well water!!! It will be wonderful to be able to still flush the toilets when we lose electricity (we don't have a generator so, no electricity meant no water too whenever there was a bad storm). We'll just keep the well for irrigation....and now we at least know where the well is! hahaha
Wow....that was a long (and boring) story! hahaha
That is one big kitchen Peachy...heavenly!!
