Hi all!

I just ran out to do some errands, gone an hour and when I came home, I found our Great Dane had urinated on one of our great room sofas!! OMG!!! She has a urinary tract infection, I understand, but she has NEVER ever urinated anywhere but on her crate bed, never ever in the seven years we've had her. And, I mean when she's got an infection, she's never urinated anywhere but in her crate when she's got one and I just toss that bedding into the washer, not a problem.

This is a $1,000 sofa, and I know we've had it almost nine years too, but still, it was like brand new as we only have family down once or twice a year and we just never, ever sit on this furniture! I don't have a carpet cleaner, but don't even know if that would work. She urinated on the main coushions you sit on and it is soaked completely through (I guess they have formed, foam inserts?) and it went through that into the part of fabric that is stretched over the frame. Also, the back of the sofa got hit pretty hard . The sofa has two bottom cushions you sit on, she soaked both of those, and undernearth those where they sit on the sofa and the backside. I'm just totally beside myself, have no clue what to do. We have two of these sofas, matching, sitting facing each other in our great room. I feel this one is just a total loss but haven't a clue IF there is a way to clean or fix it. Can anybody shed some light???? I'm just heartbroke, we loved these sofas!!
