My dog had the same problem last spring, but the accidents were only on the carpet. I took her to the vet, at first they said it was just a UTI- but after a few weeks when the medicine did not help- I took her to another vet- it turned out that she had bladder stones and had to get an operation. She is fine now, but it on a very strict special diet. I hope your dog feels better soon!
