Alana- okay I am more relieved...you said it was just light spotting. That is NOT heavy bleeding and NOT AF. Also, you are taking those HPTs very late in the day. There are a few explanations going on here. First, have you ever heard of a hook effect? This occurs when there is TOO much HCG present and you get a lighter band than you would expect. This is why pregnancy tests aren't used later in pregnancy. Second, it is possible that you have multiples- could explain high HCG AND the spotting. But you could have both with a singleton too. If you start to really bleed (like AF) then you must go to the ER right away. You need to be checked out. If it is spotting, then definitely call your Dr. and get in tomorrow. They should also check your progesterone level.
I am not going to discuss multiple m/c testing with you cause I don't think that is the case. I am going to be totally positive for you even if you are finding it hard to be so. Besides- sounds like you are tired from being pregnant!!! Also, I have read on many pee on a stick web sites that the line shade (light or dark) doesn't matter. Are the lines coming up before the time limit? If so, then no worries!!! Some women just don't get dark lines. You should relax tonight. Tomorrow you will see your doc and get some answers.
Ronni- thanks for liking my art! I love making fused glass. So far I have sold 2 pieces, but both were glass necklaces. I am posting a few pieces I have lying around. I love making abstract things. My best pieces I have given to family for gifts. Most of the jewerly I have made was either given as a gift, or stolen by my MIL and GIL... I would love to make a piece for you
The purple plate was an experiment I was trying with baking soda. I have made some paper weights in a glass blowing class (way too hard for me with my asthma!) and found out that baking soda makes these cool bubbles in the glass. I tried that with the purple round plate and I got some cool little bubbles (what I wanted) and a huge bubble. It was originall cracked with sharp edges (the big bubble) so I refused it and now it is a smooth depression and it is really cool. I have to play with that more.
The orange/red/yellow on clear is a neat bowl I made and was going to give as a gift to my mom or MIL (can't remember) but DH stole and and refused to allow me to give it away.
The rectangular plate was an experiment with Kasier-Lee board. It is purplish, and goes good with the other purplish stuff on the other fireplace mantle in the addition (I just snapped a photo of that too so you can see).
Sorry to drag on about my glass and show it, but it is fun. And I realize that this post is probably all jumbled, as are my thoughts. Just kinda tired myself.
Oh yeah, after Susan talked up the book so much, I just bought A few Good Eggs, as well as Conception Chronicals. I started reading C.C. first cause it is smaller and an easy read (and I am also in the middle of reading 4th of July by James Patterson, again!). I will get to A Few Good Eggs soon.
