So many fun posts today!

Cat - The stripes are amazing. Wow. I know how long it took us to do just one perfectly level. Very impressive and I love the colors. I can't wait to see it with the bedding and the frogs. I saw some cute frogs at Michaels made out of wood. Not sure if they are big enough but there were some options there. My bedding didn't come with curtains. I just bought some at PBK. I'm waiting for DH to put up the pole so I can see if I really like them. They were a little pricey but are nice and thick so I think they'll block out light.

Boston - My OB does the sugar test between 25-28 week visit. It's just like Cat said, eat a small breakfast, drink the sugary drink, and get your blood sugar checked an hour later. I am so excited you got your u/s scheduled. Can't wait! I did get the Mutsy. It's on order since I wanted a special color. It is extremely easy to collapse with one hand. It has an adapter that you can snap on to hold a Graco infant seat. Or, it comes with the bassinet to use for an infant. Here is the one I got the 4rider light:

Robin - I think even you could paint those "straight" lines I just spent the day at my office, so I've heard all the jokes in the book today! Let's just say my closest friend in the office told me that if I need help with open houses than I need to show off my new girlie assets to more women around the office! We're a pretty open crowd. You'll meet a couple at the shower. Our poor broker has an awful time trying to keep us under control for a one hour meeting. If you want to be really southern, you could go with Mom and Mamaw. I love your Winnie gear too! We have to force you to watch more TLC and you'll feel inspired to give the painting a try.

Bri - I felt lots of movement starting at about the 20w marker so stay patient over there. Any day now. My little boy even decided to kick the OB yesterday and my doctor was laughing.

Nat - Hmmm... so the magazines is arguing our boys prediction?? I know Alicia had a 2 girl prediction at her last u/s and she did ICSI too. Maybe it's just a January thing!

Maybebaby - Your nephew is adorable. It's so great being able to share photos over email with family far away.

Today was my very last buyer until after the baby. He didn't pick a home today so I officially handed him off to another agent. I explained it all so hopefully he'll like the other agent tomorrow. Just got to start pulling in the reins. I also had lunch with another agent in my office that is due in October with her 2nd son. She had lots of good advice so it was a fun catch up. Tomorrow, I'm off to see one of my girlfriends and her 3 week old baby girl. We've been friends forever and this is her first so she says she's got lots of reality advice for me. I'll let you know what type of scary stories I come back with!

Oh, and here is the other half of Havana's canoe picture to prove her story...
