I am not taking them either, my RE gave me a prescription for prenatals. I have been on prenatal vitimins since june 2003 ~ and I also take a liquid vitimin called Vemma (Dr Oz thinks this is an awsome product) and since pills do not fully breakdown and liquids do, you know you are getting the correct amount of vitimins.
