Lap Band and Infertility
My husband and I have tried all sorts of infertility treatments for the past 10 years and my RE has told me for years that if I was able to lose 10-20% of my weight it would significantly improve my chances of conceiving.
I finally listened to him and on October 1st I had the lap band surgery. I am down 30 pounds, which is the 10% mark. We have decided that we are going to wait until January to see if I can get to the 20% mark then we are going to start the treatments up again.
Hopefully this time it will take.
