Its going to sound crazy, and I'm not saying it to upset no one i just know deep in my heart i would love to have a dad and hear stupid comments from time to time (none of us perfect anyway). My dad didn't even recognise me when i went to visit him last time. He thought i was my brother's girlfriend for about 15 min. That's how much he has interest in me, my mom and my brother. Maybe your dad didn't mean any harm, he knows about your IF problems but he DOESN'T know how it feels. If i were you i would talk to him.
