cyber hugs your way. I think your Dad's comment is completely insensitive but I don't think it was said to hurt YOU. Now, I don't know you or or Dad and I'm basing this on a Dad joking with his son and not factoring in anything else. I'm not saying it's right and he should be made known of it so he doesn't say things like this again. If your Dad is there for you and loves you, than this was just a poor error in judgement. We all say and do stupid things at times with out thinking things through. I know this doesn't lessen your hurt but talk to him. My guess, if he is a loving father, is that he will feel badly, apologize, and be more careful in the future.
