I was extremely scared of the procedure when I found out that I had to have it done. I expected the worst and it was not that bad. I took 800mg of ibuprofen one hour prior to the procedure. The most uncomfortable thing for me was the insertion of the catheter which only lasts for a few seconds. I did not even feel the dye going in. I really doesn't take that long. I had some mild cramping and spotting the next day.

Me, 33- pcos, only one working fallopian tube
DH, 37- ok count, 0% morph, slightly low motility
 - yellow lab, Ginger
HSG- left tube ok, right tube "not found", 2 uterine defect fillings found
2/27-had Lap and Hysteroscopy. 2 polyps removed and some scar tissue. right tube ok, now left tube blocked.
6/17- planning on IVF in September
waiting for  to start bcp, maybe wk of 7/21
7/20--- started on bcp, scheduled for another hysteroscopy on 8/15
Starting Lupron on 8/22, stopping bcp on 8/29
Starting Stims 9/4
ER 9/18-------9 eggs retreived all mature and fetilized!!
ET 9/22----Transfered 3 embies
10/2 Beta#1 = 114
10/6 Beta#2 = 488
10/9 Beta#3 = 1600, first us nothing seen yet
10/16 US #2 It's twins!!!
10/24 US#3 NOT TWINS....TRIPLETS!!
