a lot of people have taken the fertilityblend vitamins for men. you can get them at gnc. (we got ours online at amazon...a little cheaper there) i've heard some good reports w/ those. unfortunately, my dh isn't the best about taking pills and unless i physically put it in front of him, he doesn't remember to take them. i'm sure you're already doing everything like wearing boxers, no hot-tubbing, etc. what are your sperm counts? have you considered iui? good luck!
