My RE has told me a couple times that I need to lose some weight and that doing so would most likely lessen a lot of my PCOS symptoms, especially the ovulation problems. When he told me at the end of October that I was basically too fat to have babies (although in a much nicer way.. that's just what I heard

) I first said that I was never going to eat again. That lasted until lunch time rolled around. But since then, I've been keeping track of everything I eat. First I was using a little notebook I kept in my purse and now I'm using
www.dailyplate.com. I've found that it really helps me make better choices on what to eat. Since the first time I was weighed at my RE's office in September, I've lost about 16 pounds... which isn't a whole lot over that many months, but it's better than having gained 16 pounds. I know that if I were to get my butt in gear and actually do some exercise I would get even better results, but sometimes it's really hard for me to get motivated.
