Brian, i am so sorry for the loss of your son. I cannot even imagine the pain that you and your wife feel. my husband is also azoospermic, but he has never had a child. Is your testosterone in the normal range? It seems a little low. It would seem strange to me for you to have had sperm and all of a sudden, nothing. Have you taken antibiotics yet? Sometimes there can be bacteria in the testes that can change sperm production. Was your sperm count 0? Does your urologist specialize in infertility? There is a thread that you can ask more questions on. It is the Azoospermia thread. All of the people on that thread have husband's who have been diagnosed with azoospermia.

I wich you all the best and I'm sorry this has happened to you.
