My husband and I are going through a similar situation. We have a daughter (we conceived her in one month) who will be 2 in March and have been trying to conceive for 7 months. Too make a long story short my husband has done two semen analysis that have both resulted in azoospermia. Hi is a healthy 28 year old. They did the battery of blood tests, ultrasound, etc. and found nothing. We are now being referred to a fertilitly specialist. I wish I had some answers for you but just know that you are not alone.
I'm new at this so can anyone tell me what TESE & ICSI stand for?
Thanks!

Hi Natalie, welcom e to the forum! I saw your post on the azoospermia thread. The link below contains really great information on azoospermia and different ways of obtaining sperm. It also explains the ICSI (Intracytoplasmic Sperm Injection) process.
