My husband and I are going through a similar situation. We have a daughter (we conceived her in one month) who will be 2 in March and have been trying to conceive for 7 months. Too make a long story short my husband has done two semen analysis that have both resulted in azoospermia. Hi is a healthy 28 year old. They did the battery of blood tests, ultrasound, etc. and found nothing. We are now being referred to a fertilitly specialist. I wish I had some answers for you but just know that you are not alone.
I'm new at this so can anyone tell me what TESE & ICSI stand for?
