sunflower, if your estradiol is high, you may be converting testosterone to estrogen too quickly and that can cause a decrease in production b/c you need testosterone to make sperm. if you take a medication like tamoxifen or arimidex, they block this conversion of testosterone to estrogen and increase sperm counts that way. might be an option rather than clomid.
