The only symptom I'm having so far is heartburn. It's wierd because I think the last time I was pregnant I didn't get heartburn really badly until I was on the tail end of the nausea. Then it just kept getting worse. Maybe this time I'll skip the nausea. Oh - my breasts are also sore and big. Oye.
Don't worry about my caution. I hope it doesn't spread to you ladies! I'm cautious on doctors orders. We're not sure I'll be able to carry this baby to term. I didn't last time. I went into preterm labor at 22 weeks and the baby didn't make it through delivery. We're just hoping I can make it to 28 weeks but 32 weeks would be better. That's why I'm nervous about twins - twins would be more dangerous for preterm labor.
Good luck with your second beta! My third one is on Friday. I'm getting anxious!

Hello November Ladies
Sorry to intrude on your thread but I wanted to say to Amzippity to try and be positive. I have an incompetent cervix and almost lost my son 3 times. At 15-16 weeks I had a cerclage placed and then around 21-22 weeks I started pre term labor but fortunately I got to the hospital quickly and I was put on a terbutaline Tocolytic medication and that held me off until 37 weeks when I had a very healthy 8lb 5 oz boy. It can be scary especially when you lost one already (like I had too) but know you can and will have a great outcome. Here is a link if you want to read more about it:

I hope my story helped you feel a little better!
