My family found out because we had a miscarriage over a year ago. They knew we were trying again and we've been pretty open with them about what's been going on...until now. We're moving on to IUI and I don't want everyone to know the details. It's a personal decision that you and DH will need to decide on. In our case, I'm only telling my mom about our treatments because I tell her everything. Maybe you could talk to DH about confiding in one family member and ask that they not talk to your DH about it. You could try to find some sort of compromise.
