Hi there - I am a newly signed up member!
Just to give you an outline....
I am 28 yr old female. I have had regular periods since aged 15, until 3 and half years ago when they suddenly stopped. I have been seeing an endochrinologist since. MRI scan showed nothing physically wrong in that area. I have repeatedly low, also suppressed, gonadotrophins (FSH and LH).

Me and my partner have been refered to reproductive medicine clinic now, with a view that after a hysterosalpingogram for me and a sperm count test for him, we will be considered for IVF.

Has anyone else had a smilar experience, and have then tried for a baby through IVF.....I would love to hear from you.

Kate

Do you have an eating disorder? I had anorexia and did not get my period for 6 months. I have since gotten help but a lot of people who either are malnourished or who exercise a lot lose their period.
