ok, how true is the whole cold cuts thing?? i had subway yesterday and now just read something that reminded me about no lunch meat. do you guys follow that stuff to a t or plan on it?? what if i had my sandwich toasted and the meat was very hot?? i don't know, it's all so confusing!!!
