Jessicap- Have you had an HSG in the past? If not be prepared for a big huge very uncomfortable cramp that lasts about 90 seconds. some women don't feel a thing, but I think its better to be prepared than taken by surprise. Can your DH come with you? It was fine and not the most horrible thing, but I was definately glad a friend of mine told me what to expect.
