Our site is so busy!!! So many BFP to look forward to.

Hopeful mama--Welcome!! we did PGD on our first IVF due to a study we were participating in. Onlythe PGD was free. We only had 1 chromosomally normal embryo out of 6. It is $2500 out of pocket at our clinic. I would consider doing it if they can identify chromosomally normal embryo's for you. There are pros and cons so I would definitely discuss this far in advance with RE vs at a later date when you get emotional. It depends also on embryo quality on day 3 when they biopsy.

Lindsay--PIO vs supp. We did PIO for both IVFs before. My second we used Progesterone in ethyl oleate which is not as thick and much easier to tolerate. It is the consistency of water vs honey. Ask your RE for it. I would recommend it to everyone. It is not any more $$ than the regular Progesterone.

Shasta--Your belly gets a little sore if you do all your inj there including Lupron daily and then potentially twice daily stims. You could use the back of your arm also. i am trying to alternate sites this cycle.

Girlymech--Congratulations on starting stims. You're almost at ER..It's around the corner.

Hardybaby "tracy"

Josephine--I know how you feel about being a little more laid back this cycle. My first Iwas a freak about everything and the stress was too much. Having done it before it is easier to relax knowing how the process works and knowing what to expect. we are on day 4 of Lupron. The only thing that may come down to causing a breakdown is some special projects I am working on during May. Trying to coordinate ER and ET may be stressful but that's why I have great women like you cheering me on. Also thanks for keeping up with everyone's stats.

For those of you of LUpron, is everyone feeling a little pressure in their pelvis? Seems like a lot going on down there. This part I have forgoten. I know AF will come sometime in the next week.
