IUI #1 4/5 - 100mg Clomid w/trigger
IUI #2 5/1 & 5/2 - 25iu Follistim
IUI #3 5/30 - 50iu Follistim

8/22 Lap done. Found mild endo and sm paratubal cyst.
9/5 Started Metformin for possible PCOS???

Planning on future IUIs in Jan09
