IVF #1 Sept '06
Lost pregnancy at 6 weeks.
IVF #2 Jan '07
March '07 Removal of small septum
FET #1 June '07
IVF#3 Oct '07
Dec '07 2 polyps removed
IVF #4 May '08

FET #2 with new RE in October 2008
Chromosome testing for DH & Me- All Normal!
ET w/ PGD scheduled 10/17 for a
