Just thought of sharing our story with all of you.

My wife (34)and I were TTC for 8 years, after 5 years we tried clomid, 6 rounds of IUI , and 2 IVFs , one ended in a m/c and the second failed. Doctors gave up and told us that the eggs were weak and the sperms were also weak and that there was no chance and that we should go for adoption.

I gave up too, my wife never did she cried and kept praying, we were going through the most difficult period of our lives. During an offbeat chat someone told me wife to try accupuncture to reduce stress, ( we didn't have the mood) but somehow one day we just decided to try it. It was Novemeber 06 and we had decided to go in for adoption ( or atleast think in those lines). The accupuncture person asked my wife why she was so stressed and we told him ( a Chinese doctor). He recommended that we try a session with accupunture ( needles on the stomach) to increase blodd flow to the stomach. We just laughed it off, but tried it anyway ( not painful at all). Anyway we forgot about it , ( the one common thing was prayer- we are Christains and my wife kept praying for a miracle).

Guess what! in December she missed her periods by 4-5 days again we didn't bother as we did not have any hope. When it became 10 days we thought of just checking at home and Unbelievable it was POSITIVE. We were still in shock! so chekced again with the docs and again it was positive. They couldn't believe it either and mind you All Natural! 9 months later we had a very beautiful baby girl, I think a personnally designed by God- she is that pretty!

Just wanted to share the story- after this I beleive God can do miracles and sometimes it happens after you Give up. I have been wnating to share this for a while now. I will say a prayer for all of you everyday.

Wow, this is wonderful. I've my husband and I have been TTC for about 2 years. My husband has a really low sperm count, and it's been so hard trying to stay positive. But we're trying, and we keep praying. I've heard good things about acupuncture, and have been too nervous to try it, or have my husband to try it. We might give it some serious consideration. Thanks for the inspiration. Your story truly is beautiful.
