I say just be honest. It's better to have open and honest communication then anything. Let her know that you have fears and apprehensions and let her take the wheel. It can't hurt to try and broach the topic. Let her know that you are pregnant, yes you may face bedrest but there is no way to know that just yet. There are some in their 30+ weeks that aren't on bedrest. Everyone is different.
