I would definitely tell her. The fact that she hasn't asked you and you are showing may indicate that she is going to respond in a professional way, first of all by not crossing the line and prying into your personal life and, second, that job offer may still be there for you!! Go for it and tell her!! The last thing you want to happen is to over do yourself and suddenly end up on bed rest. Most bosses are pretty cool when it comes to people having babies and maternity leave and if she isn't and discriminates against you ~ do you really want to work for her?
