cost of initial testing
My insurance doesn't cover infertility diagnosis or treatment. Does anybody have some rough estimates as to how much the initial tests (FSH, SA, HSG) run?

dh: 38 (SA came back perfect)
ttc since 6/06 (still optimistic!) 
5/12/08: first RE appointment
5/22/08: 3-day FSH test
5/29/08: HSG (ouch!)
TTC naturally
6/13/08 BFP!
