I left a message with Dr. Thornton's nurse to make an appt, just cause she's female and I am tired of my male doc at the moment. Her bio noted a specialty in upper age pregnancies, and more aggressive approaches, so I thought that was interesting. I'm assuming they'll let me use the local hospital to do the ultrasound/bw stuff like I do now, and they are just down the road from Lexington where we go now, so it's really not too much further. There have been multiple screw ups at our current clinic, so DH is in agreement with me that we need to go somewhere else. We have 1 month off so I'm hoping that's enough time to get records sent, insurance approval, etc.

You guys have all been so wonderful to me and I will be checking in to say "go BFP" every now and then - right now I'm still not feeling well physically and emotionally so I may disconnect a bit. Thank you so much for your support - I couldn't have made it thru as well without you.

Katy-- I am sorry to hear you received a BFN today as well. My heart goes out to you. I can feel your pain. It sounds like you have a great plan and are moving forward with or without your current RE. That's the right attitude to have. It looks like my DH and I are taking a month off as well so we may see you another cycle this summer!!
