Hi Tam--
I am so sorry for your loss. I also had a m/c last fall (at 8 weeks), and it's a tough spot to be in, I know. I am glad to hear that you have some frosties to work with for your next go-around. It's much easier physically to go through an FET. When are you planning on trying?
In terms of how many to transfer--each RE/embryologist is different, I'm sure. We transferred two 6-day blasts in September (that's all we had). Fortunately, they both survived the thaw. If you have 3, they may thaw them all, then give you a recommendation. If you're anything like me, you're going to want ALL of your embies with YOU!
I also had AH--assisted hatching--with all of my cycles. My RE explained that it helps the embie to break out of the zona and attach in the uterus.
Assisted Hatching
I wish you lots of good wishes on your journey. Please PM me anytime if you want to talk.
CQ/Leigh
