I loved having a wipes warmer when my daughter was a baby. As a matter of fact my DH & I were out early today & we drove past Buy Buy Baby & I mentioned to him that we need to start writing down what we need for this baby's arrival & the 1st thing I mentioned was a new wipes warmer. They come with this moist pad that sits on the bottom (at least they used to) & it keeps the pile of wipes moist. Sometimes the bottom 2 or 3 got dried out. Having this made a difference with a winter baby. She would cry with cold wipes out of the package.

I didn't register for clothes either & got tons of undershirts, onesies, sleepers & receiving blankets @ my shower. Also, swaddling the baby just snug enough will make a huge difference with sleeping. They do have a new swaddle blanket that I have to get - it keeps their arms in & the baby feels secure.

I also registered for the video monitor & used it for about a year or so - but I did love it.

Definitely register for baby bottles & a bottle warmer if you choose. I didn't even bother with the sterilizer as I boiled and/or stuff everything in the dishwasher. And have some newborn pacifiers on hand.

Shelley - good call on registering for diapers & wipes! Especially when you'll need diapers/wipes for 3 babies. Go for the cases - newborn, stage 1 & stage 2. I'm sure they have cases of preemie diapers too. I can't wait to see pics of those babies!

I think I threw my diaper genie away after the 1st week. Hated it! I used to buy packs & packs of those blue diaper sacks, kept them near the changing table & just threw the wrapped up diaper in the trash. Better yet, register for them, they're cheap & easy! A friend of mine used that Diaper Dekor & loved it.

Also...
Infant nail clippers
little nail files
baby wash & lotion
jar of Aquaphor
jar of Vaseline
baby washcloths
infant bath tub
hooded towels
baby bjorn
mylicon drops
infant tylenol - good to have on hand for when they're old enough

Get a waterproof changing pad - at least 2.

There's so much more & things I didn't even think of with my 1st. If anything else comes to mind I'll let you know.

Have fun registering ladies!
