Congrats on your successful surgery, and thanks for the update!

Did your doctor (or your wife's) give you any indication of what you should do next?

In my DH's case, we still had to move straight to IVF/ICSI after his varicocele repair, but the procedure definitely improved his count/quality.

3/20 -- 2-month check-up: 13 lbs. / 13 oz. & 23.75"! My big girl!
5/29 -- 4-month check-up: 19 lbs. even! & 26.5" / Somebody loves her mama's milk!
7/31 -- 6-month check-up: 21 lbs. / 4 oz. & 27.25" / she's now officially off of the growth chart! We love our big girl!
10/23 -- 9 months already?!?!?! 22 lbs. / 14 oz. & 28.75"
