I just saw your post, I was also diagnosed with APS and also have double hetero MTHFR mutation of the 677 and 1298 allele. I would question the RE that said you don't need to be on heparin or Lovenox. My RE pretty much said I needed to be on both BA and Lovenox to prevent a miscarriage. I would request it anyway because from what I've raid it won't hurt you being on it (other than heparin can cause osteoporosis) and it will prevent m/c risks. I know I'm not a lot of help, but I was just diagnosed earlier this week so still learning myself. Good luck and keep us updated!
